Best Booty-Building Beachbody On-Demand Program

My personal results after lots of hard work! Oh and these amazing leggings help too!

If you are on a mission to lose weight, build lean muscle, and get the booty you have always dreamed of, this is the program for you!  I am going to share the best booty-building Beachbody On-Demand program.  With a healthy diet and consistency, you will see amazing results.  You will not only build an amazing booty, but you will have defined arms, abs, and legs in 80 days!!

I have completed the best booty-building Beachbody On-Demand program several times, but this is not where my fitness journey started. A few years ago I decided to start incorporating exercise into my daily routine.  I was in my mid-thirties and realizing that just eating healthy was not cutting it anymore.  I wanted a lean toned body, not just a skinny one.  With very little fitness background, I had no idea where to start.  I started out walking on the treadmill every day and I loved the way I felt when I was done.

As most of us know, walking on the treadmill is good for you, but it’s not going to help you build muscle.  I wanted to feel and look strong and healthy.  Being thin just wasn’t cutting it for me anymore. I wanted to have more energy and build muscle.  The first thing I tried, after the treadmill, was Tracy Anderson videos.  I fell in love with her program and really committed to working out every day.  After completing her videos, I was ready to take my fitness to the next level and really build my strength and stamina.

My Experience with the Gym

I decided to start going to the gym.  This is when I started working out in the morning, which was a huge game-changer for me.  I loved getting it out of the way in the morning and feeling accomplished to start my day.  I had more patience with my kids and this encouraged me to make healthier food choices throughout the day.

While I was seeing some results after going to the gym, I quickly learned that working out in front of other people was not my thing. Waiting for equipment, driving to and from the gym, and making small talk with people, were all things I did not have time for.  I wanted to get in, get my workout done, and head home to start my day.

This is when I learned about Beachbody On-Demand. I started with the 21 Day Fix and fell in love!  The workouts were only 30 minutes long and I was seeing amazing results.  I also went all-in on the nutrition program, which also helped speed up my results.  At the end of the 21 days, I had lost 6 pounds and I felt the strongest and healthiest I ever had!

Since then, I have completed many other Beachbody On-Demand programs and love them all for different reasons.  In this post, I’m going to focus on my absolute favorite program!  This program is 80 days, so it is longer than the typical Beachbody program, but you will be amazed at your results!

This program will help you build lean muscle, lose fat, build amazing abs, and most of all, an amazing booty you can be proud of!! Before I go into detail about the program I want to talk about nutrition.

 What you Should be Eating!

I like to simplify this as much as possible because I know this is the part that is most overwhelming for people. If you want amazing results, you will have to change your diet as well.  You cannot outwork a crappy diet and you will want to see all the results you are working so hard for.

I have found what works for me, so that’s what I recommending to you.  If you already have a nutrition plan that you follow and are seeing results, then definitely stick to that. It’s so important that you find something that works for you and that you can see yourself sticking to for life.  If you are miserable, constantly hungry, lacking energy, or having constant cravings, it may be time to switch it up!

80  Day Obsession!!

80 Day Obsession, by Autumn Calabrese, is by far my favorite program!  I’m actually on my 3rd round of it right now!  I have seen amazing results from it.  This program will challenge you to the max, but you will feel so lean, strong, and confident when you are done! It is designed more towards women in the fact that the main focus areas are booty, legs, and abs.  Don’t worry though, your arms will be shredded as well!

80 Day Obsession is also shot in RealTime so it’s shot live and the same cast is there with you for the entire 80 days.  It’s amazing to see their transformations along the way.  You will also get to know all of them and it can be very entertaining.  We all could use that while working out! Right?!

This program is 80 days of different workouts ranging from 45-60 minutes.  80 Day Obsession is made up of 6 different workouts per week, so you have to commit to about an hour a day, 6 days a week. I do recommend completing 21 Day Fix prior to this program, as it will get you physically ready and used to incorporating exercise into your daily life.  Once you are used to the 30-minute workouts in 21 Day Fix it will be easier to bump that up to an hour or so. There are also modifications for each move throughout the entire 80 days.

Autumn breaks down this program into 3 Phases.  Each phase has 6 different workouts that she changes in order and intensity. Phase 1 is meant to increase strength while shedding fat, Phase 2 is all about building muscle and Phase 3 will help you shred out and get amazing results!

80 Day Obsession workouts:

  • Total Body Core
  • Booty
  • Cardio Core
  • AAA (Abs, Arms, & A#%)
  • Legs
  • Cardio Flow (Hell on Earth)
  • Roll and Release (Rest Day)

Equipment

For this program, you will need a light, medium, and heavy set of dumbbells.  I started with 10’s, 12’s, and 15’s.  You will also need Resistance Loops and Strength Slides.  All of these are a necessity for this program.  You will be amazed at what a great workout you can get in with these loops and sliders! You may need a yoga mat and foam roller, although you can definitely complete the program without these.
