When it comes to losing weight on a plant-based diet, breakfast is your most important meal of the day. Choosing a healthy protein-packed breakfast keeps you full and satisfied until lunchtime.  These healthy vegan breakfast recipes are made from whole ingredients, are simple to make, and will start your morning off right! If you choose one of these breakfast recipes you will be on the road to weight loss!

Personally, I never skip breakfast.  I am always starving right when I wake up.  I start my morning with a piece of Spouted 7-grain Bread with PBFit for my pre-workout snack.  After a good workout, I love having a good hearty and healthy breakfast. If you have a super busy schedule it’s important to plan your breakfast into your morning.  The last thing you want to do is run out the door and depend on fast food breakfast (barf) to get you through your morning. These 10 plant-based breakfasts for weight loss will help you prep your morning for success.

Don’t Skip Your Breakfast!

When you are trying to lose weight, it’s so important to start your day off strong. This will help you make healthier choices throughout the day and keep your energy levels up.  If you are not used to having breakfast you can start off small and work your way up to a larger breakfast.  I get it!  Not everyone is starving in the morning like me.  Although, if you are eating whole plant-based foods and avoiding the late-night snacking, you should wake up hungry!

I picked these plant-based breakfasts because they are made from only the best ingredients. Most of them are simple to make and some of them can even be made the night before so you can grab and go in the morning.  Really though!  There is no excuse for skipping breakfast!  If your kids were hungry you wouldn’t tell them you don’t have time to feed them right?!  Okay, may have done this, but you get my point.  Make yourself and your health a priority and stop with the damn excuses!!
